Inside a Full Brand & Marketing Build — From Logo to Launch
A behind-the-scenes look at how we take a new client from zero to a fully operational marketing engine — logo animation, brand audit, content, and paid ads, all built from the ground up.

The brief
Bottle Printing Australia came to LADR Media without an existing marketing infrastructure to build on — no consistent brand presence, no content pipeline, no paid ads running. For a manufacturing business like this, the challenge isn’t just “run some ads.” It’s building the trust signals that get a business taken seriously by other businesses: a professional brand identity, proof of work, and visibility in the places their customers actually search.
Rather than rushing straight to ad spend, we treated the first month as what it actually is — the foundation-building phase that determines whether everything after it works.
What we built, step by step
1. Logo animation. A static logo doesn’t do much on video, social, or a modern website. We built a logo animation to give the brand a more dynamic, professional presence across every digital touchpoint.
2. SEO & AEO audit. Before writing a single piece of content, we audited the site for both traditional SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) — because how a business shows up in AI-powered search results is becoming just as important as classic Google rankings. This audit shaped every content and website decision that followed.
3. Monthly content calendar. We built out a full month’s content plan — not a scattered list of post ideas, but a structured calendar designed to build consistent visibility over time.
4. Google Ads setup. With the brand and content foundation in place, we built out the Google Ads account structure from scratch — campaigns, targeting, and tracking — so that when spend goes live, it’s landing on a foundation built to convert rather than guesswork.
5. Portfolio of work. For a manufacturing/industrial business, proof matters more than promises. We built out a dedicated portfolio piece showcasing the work Bottle Printing Australia has actually done — the kind of asset that turns a browsing visitor into a serious enquiry.
6. Factory tour video. Few things build trust in an industrial business faster than showing the real operation behind it. We produced a factory tour video to give prospective customers a genuine look at the people, equipment, and process behind the product.
Why we’re sharing this now — before the results
Most case studies only get told after the results come in. We wanted to show the other half of the story: the work that has to happen before a campaign can perform. A Google Ads account with no brand behind it, no proof of work, and no content pipeline is a campaign set up to underperform — no matter how well the ads themselves are built.
This is the same principle we’ve applied with every client featured in our case studies: fix the foundation first, then scale. Equistore’s account didn’t get 37x by accident — it got there because we rebuilt the structure before we scaled the spend. Bottle Printing Australia is currently in that same foundational phase, and we’ll be updating this case study with real performance numbers as the campaign matures.
