LADR Media LLP ("LADR Media," "we," "us") operates www.ladrmedia.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and who we share it with. We keep this simple on purpose: we don't run ad-tracking pixels or behavioral analytics on this site, and we only collect what you actively submit to us.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to submit through a form on this site:
- Apply Now form: name, email, business/website, and details about your goals and budget.
- Free growth audit form: name, email, and your website address.
- Newsletter signup: name and email.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not currently run analytics scripts that track individual visitor behavior on this site.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your application or audit request, evaluate whether we're a good fit to work together, deliver anything you've specifically requested (like a growth audit), and — only if you've opted into the newsletter — send occasional emails about new content. We don't sell your information to anyone.
Third parties we share data with
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and routed internally to our team via email and ClickUp (our project management tool), so we can track and follow up on applications. These providers process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Data retention
We keep application and enquiry data for as long as it's useful to our business relationship with you, and delete or anonymize it on request.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email hello@ladrmedia.com and we'll action it directly.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
